Position Overview:The Business Analyst supports PMO implementation and sustainment by developing standardized documentation templates and guidance materials that enable consistent and repeatable PMO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain PMO documentation templates playbooks and reference materials
Support definition and documentation of PMO processes and standards
Create user guides and procedural documentation to support adoption and sustainment
Support knowledge transfer and transition activities toclientstaff
Collaborate with PMO leadership and analysts to ensure documentation aligns with operational needs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degreerequired
46 years of business analysis experience
Experience supporting PMO or governance initiatives
