Radiology Technologist Clinic, High Point

4-10 hour shifts 8:30 till 7pm Monday-Thursday. Outpatient no weekends rotational holiday coverage with Thanksgiving and Christmas off.

Pay Range

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Sign-On Bonus:$15000 sign-on bonus provided the candidate meets the eligibility requirements
• Relocation Assistance:$5000 Relocation Assistance for qualified candidates

• Shift Schedule: Full Time

YOULL NEED:

• Graduate of an institution accredited by an agency that ARRT recognizes in Radiologic Technology
• Must be registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire date. BLS required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs and assists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.

• Documents patient history pertaining to specific procedure on requisition submitted by physician.

• Confirms patient identification by verbal confirmation and validating proof of identity.

• Prepares and administers contrast media as required.

• Consults with radiologist and other physicians as necessary.

• Selects and operates equipment as dictated by demands of individual procedure and demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills.

• Maintains appropriate records as required by departmental standards.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and competency appropriate to the ages culture developmental stages and special needs of the patient population served.
