We are looking for an experienced Requirements Manager with a strong systems engineering background to support safety-critical programmes in Bristol. The role focuses on managing structuring and controlling requirements across complex engineering systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain requirements across the full systems lifecycle
Ensure requirements are:
- Clear traceable and verifiable
- Aligned with system design and stakeholder needs
- Lead requirements reviews and support technical decision-making
- Work closely with systems design and delivery teams
- Support compliance with engineering standards and project governance
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- Strong systems engineering background
- Proven experience in requirements management
- Experience working in safety-critical or regulated environments (defence aerospace nuclear rail etc.)
- Eligible for UK Security Clearance
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or equivalent military experience.
Desirable Skills:
- Requirements enrichment experience (breaking down high-level requirements into detailed usable system requirements)
- Experience using requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS Polarion Jama)
