Job Summary

Alpha CRC is a dynamic translation and language services group operating across multiple geographies and serving a diverse client base. We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design build and deploy AI-powered systems that enhance our products and operations. This role combines software engineering machine learning and practical problem-solving. You will work across the full lifecycle of AI developmentfrom model integration and prompt optimization to pipeline deployment and monitoring. You will maintain high-quality code and evaluate the performance of the systems you develop.

Tasks

Implement multi-agent architectures using frameworks such as CrewAI to orchestrate complex AI tasks and workflows
Fine-tune transformer models using techniques such as LoRA PEFT or supervised fine-tuning to improve performance on domain-specific tasks
Evaluate model performance run experiments and optimize for accuracy latency and reliability.
Design and implement endtoend AI pipelines (data ingestion feature engineering inference).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business goals.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) prompt engineering or agent-based architectures as appropriate.
Maintain high-quality code through testing documentation and best practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot production AI systems ensuring high availability.
Stay current with new AI frameworks models and tooling.

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of professional software development experience
Strong Python programming skills
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks: PyTorch TensorFlow Scikitlearn
Experience working with LLMs embedding models or AI APIs (OpenAI Azure OpenAI HuggingFace etc.)
Knowledge of building and consuming APIs (REST GraphQL)
Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows
Strong problemsolving and communication skills

Preferred

Experience fine-tuning large language models using HuggingFace or similar frameworks
Experience running local models with Ollama or similar inference platforms
Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone FAISS Chroma)
Background in NLP computer vision or deep learning
Experience optimizing models for performance or cost (quantization distillation)
