AI Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design build and deploy AI-powered systems that enhance our products and operations. This role combines software engineering machine learning and practical problem-solving. You will work across the full lifecycle of AI developmentfrom model integration and prompt optimization to pipeline deployment and monitoring. You will maintain high-quality code and evaluate the performance of the systems you develop.

Tasks

• Implement multi-agent architectures using frameworks such as CrewAI to orchestrate complex AI tasks and workflows
• Fine-tune transformer models using techniques such as LoRA PEFT or supervised fine-tuning to improve performance on domain-specific tasks
• Evaluate model performance run experiments and optimize for accuracy latency and reliability.
• Design and implement endtoend AI pipelines (data ingestion feature engineering inference).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business goals.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) prompt engineering or agent-based architectures as appropriate.
• Maintain high-quality code through testing documentation and best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production AI systems ensuring high availability.
• Stay current with new AI frameworks models and tooling.

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of professional software development experience
• Strong Python programming skills
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks: PyTorch TensorFlow Scikitlearn
• Experience working with LLMs embedding models or AI APIs (OpenAI Azure OpenAI HuggingFace etc.)
• Knowledge of building and consuming APIs (REST GraphQL)
• Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows
• Strong problemsolving and communication skills

Preferred

• Experience fine-tuning large language models using HuggingFace or similar frameworks
• Experience running local models with Ollama or similar inference platforms
• Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone FAISS Chroma)
• Background in NLP computer vision or deep learning
• Experience optimizing models for performance or cost (quantization distillation)
