Your role in the journey

As Meeting & Events / Banqueting Employee youll be at the heart of our event operations  ensuring every detail is delivered with care and professionalism. Youll be the go-to contact for guests and organizers helping to create seamless and memorable experiences.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the execution of meetings conferences weddings gala dinners and more.
  • Acting as the main point of contact during events ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintaining clear communication with colleagues across departments.
  • Upholding and refining our five-star service standards throughout every event.

Qualifications :

What youll bring

  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
  • Experience in hospitality preferably in a hotel setting.
  • A proactive enthusiastic and hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus. Additional languages are preferred.
