Join us as Rental & Repair Administrator. In this role you are part of the team that is responsible for the Project Rental & Repair activities within Kongsberg Discovery Netherlands BV. You will be a point of contact for the Rental & Repair administrative and invoicing activities plus internal and external communication related to the department. For export control screening you work close with the global experts.


The Project Rental & Repair team consists of three part-time employees who together make sure the department KPIs are met within the local team of 11 motivated employees. Customer-focused and collaborative we make sure together with the broader team to meet our customers needs within the companys guidelines and policies.

What you will be doing

  • Create and follow up rental repair agreements
  • Responsible for follow-up of shipments and customer communication regarding deliveries.
  • Communicate with Field Service Engineers on inhouse testing of equipment.
  • Prepare service invoicing
  • Perform screening and export control checks with our global export control department.

We think you should

  • preferably have a degree in administration but relevant experience can make up for lack of formal education
  • be accurate and precise and can work in a structured way
  • be a team player and collaborate well with others
  • have a hands-on mentality
  • have excellent written and verbal skills in both Dutch as English
  • have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM. AX is a pre.
