Job Summary
Your mission
- Support HR processes such as onboarding offboarding and maintaining HR documentation
- Assist in planning and organizing office activities and employee engagement initiatives
- Help with front desk duties and general office coordination
- Manage office supplies deliveries and inventory to keep things running smoothly
- Organize meetings company events and travel arrangements
- Maintain internal documentation and filing systems while liaising with vendors when needed
Your profile
To thrive in this role and enjoy your internship experience your background should look something like this:
- Currently enrolled in an MBO HBO or University program such as Business Administration HR Management or Office Management
- Enrolled for the full duration of the 6month internship
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident working with Microsoft Office tools
- English C1; Dutch B1 or higher is a plus
- Proactive detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Available onsite in Amsterdam at least 4 days per week
