General Services Utilities Manager MEX
Objective
Lead the sites Utilities area providing administrative and technical expertise to implement development plans that support business growth at the site level. Act as the leader of Utilities operations to ensure continuity and achieve zero downtime enabling the proper functioning of all plants.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing OPEX and CAPEX projects aimed at improving Nemaks infrastructure.
- Lead the daily operation and plan the medium- and long-term infrastructure of utilities (mechanical electrical compressed air natural gas and water).
- Manage the OPEX budget consistently seeking cost reduction and optimizing expenses efficiently and intelligently on a daily basis.
- Ensure legal and corporate compliance to maintain site operations and uphold the companys reputation.
- Responsible for implementing monitoring and controlling predictive preventive and corrective maintenance within the area.
- Manage operations based on key performance indicators to improve daily performance; continuously develop KPIs and scorecards.
- Maintain direct interaction with governmental entities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate directly with the site leadership team to build alliances that enhance client performance through effective resource management; promote cross-functional interactions to improve Nemaks overall performance.
- Oversee compliance with the areas Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
- Conduct feasibility studies generate alternatives perform economic analysis and select proposals for investment projects.
- Prepare management-level reports to evaluate administrative performance and area results.
Position Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Masters degree in Quality Energy Maintenance or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Maintenance Facilities Quality Systems Management or Energy Administration.
- Certifications in Maintenance Administration AutoCAD and Project Management.
- Proficient English skills.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid problemsolving abilities.
