We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Executive to join our team in Mumbai India. As an F&B Executive you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Supervise plan and coordinate all activities of the F&B team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
- Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to standard recipes and quality benchmarks
- Address guest complaints requests and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and organizational profitability
- Motivate train and develop staff to promote teamwork and maintain high performance standards
- Establish and maintain seamless coordination with other departments to maximize productivity and guest service
- Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations
- Analyze F&B operations and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Participate in menu planning and pricing strategies to optimize revenue
- Manage inventory control costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards menu planning and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Food safety certification (e.g. ServSafe) is preferred
- Knowledge of local food and beverage trends in Mumbai and India
