As part of the Global Sales Operations team this role will work closely with Sales and Marketing functions Finance and Customer Success organization and will have direct contact with our Customers and Partners.
They will develop and maintain positive relationships coordinate with internal functions and Customers to ensure Credit Management & Cash collections inquiries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. He/She will help build and drive best of Breed Credit and Collection operations.
Madrid Office based the role is expected in the office minimum 3 days a week and will have a global coverage (Europe US Middle East APAC).
Your responsibilities:
- Review Credit applications and Define Credit line to Partners and direct Customers.
- Review Partners contracts and secure proper System and Process On-Boarding.
- Release or Block Orders falling beyond agreed Credit line.
- Manage end to end cash collection processes.
- Support Cash forecast and drive strongly against Cash collection targets.
- Perform cash application (ERP system - Netsuite).
- Manage Invoices dispute with Partners/Customer.
- Act as a liaison with various departments throughout the company and be a trusted advisor to internal/external parties.
- Identify the root cause of issues faced and propose corrective actions to prevent.
- Resolve customer inquiries using a variety of tools and web applications.
- Support the Quality and compliance team with data accuracy.
Qualifications :
- Very good communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Business Acumen.
- Sense of ownership and result driven.
- Passion for Business support and extra mile mindset will be key differentiator in candidate selection.
- Process and System oriented with great attention to details and controls.
- Ability to multi-task in high pace work environment while respecting tight deadlines.
- Team player and great interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelors Degree minimum or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years experience in Credit Management and Cash Collection.
- Excel advanced knowledge
- Software Business experiences a significant plus.
- / Netsuite experiences a significant plus.
- Fluent English mandatory. French is a plis.
- Strong command on Microsoft Office a must.
