Job Summary
- Handling OtC accounting processes
- Month-end closing activities
- Contact and cooperation with local accounting units
- Participation in projects to improve existing processes
- Supporting the Team Leader in the recruitment process
- Supporting the Team Leader in the annual employee evaluation process
- Onboarding and training new Junior Accountants/Accountants
- Supporting the Team Leader in certain events leading team meetings on topics such as information updates organisational issues etc.
- Supervising the teams work
- Monitoring the group e-mail inbox
- Supporting the team leader in maintaining up-to-date documentation
- Updating operating procedures
- Escalating problems system failures etc. to the TL manager or system manager
- Actively contributing to team building
- Opportunity to participate in knowledge transfer projects from other European locations of the company
Qualifications :
- Advanced accounting knowledge
- Experience in OtC accounting preferred in SSC/ BPO environment (more than 2 years)
- Advanced knowledge OtC process steps
- Awareness of PtP RtR and OtC dependences
- Communication skills (ability to lead relation with stakeholders in a variety areas)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge of Excel at the advanced level
- Finance related education
- Additional training certification will be an asset.
- High level of energy drive and passion
- Proactive in problem solving
