- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across outlets ensuring service excellence and brand standards are consistently met.
- Lead coach and motivate team members to build a positive high-performing team culture.
- Support training and onboarding of new Heartists fostering confidence and capability on the floor.
- Assist with rostering stock control and cost management to support the financial performance of the department.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally ensuring memorable guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies hygiene standards and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work closely with the wider hotel leadership team to support operational goals and initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a team leader role within Food & Beverage or hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for developing people.
- A hands-on proactive approach with a strong focus on guest experience.
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Must hold full working rights in Australia.
