Job Summary
- Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather validate and prioritize business requirements. Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle
- Define document and communicate clear detailed business and functional requirements based on client standard templates.
- Analyse existing business processes identify inefficiencies and pinpoint areas for improvement
- Collect analyze and interpret data from various sources to support informed decision-making and recommend actionable strategies for process optimization
- Diagnose issues in existent systems to identify errors/deficiencies and draft requirements to resolve them
- Create maintain and regularly update relevant documentation/requirements
- Provide high-level (Level 2) support to end users addressing tickets from the client Service Desk that require more in-depth functional analysis and diagnosis
- Create detailed business process models following the client approved modelling notation/design modelling software
- Draft use cases and assist/execute user acceptance testing to ensure that the system developed meets the business requirements and is according to the specifications agreed to
- Create low fidelity wireframes using the client wireframing design tool
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes that align with business requirements. Ensure the user interface and user experience are optimized for end-users facilitating effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Review all software quality assurance (QA) activities with the QA Tester or project stakeholders to ensure the product meets the requirements and business needs.
- Recommend and develop strategies to streamline workflows and improve overall business performance
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure that business requirements are appropriately captured in the client IT systems such as JIRA and prioritized for Agile development cycles
- Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions (for end users and for the new comers in the team)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree plus 10 years of experience.
- Communicate efficiently and clearly in a way that the receiver effectively understands the message
- Work with information systems consulting and studies
- Meticulous in quality and ICT security procedures
- Experience in Information systems matters
- Work in large organizations administrative and business processes
- Preparing and writing detailed reports
- Effectively deliver high level presentations
- Ability to apply high quality standards
- Experience with working in an international/multicultural environment
- Practical handling of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Good knowledge of business process modelling
- Designing mockups of user interfaces for web applications
- Good level of English equal to C1 according to CERF
