Job Summary
- Prepare Payable vouchers and initiate the payment process in timely manner
- Review supplier outstanding statement
- Collect and review all documents necessary for preparation of the payment run
- Properly monitor the issuance of cheques and the safeguard of any unused cheques
Qualifications :
- Graduate of Accounting or any related course
- With 2-3 years of work experience on the same field
- Easily adapt to a fast phase working environment
- Can work under pressure
