Job Summary
Lead. Build. Optimize.
Were looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take ownership of machine shop operations and lead a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a manufacturing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments drives continuous improvement and knows how to turn strategy into results.
What Youll Do
Lead daily machine shop operations to deliver on safety quality and production goals
Build and inspire a strong team through coaching accountability and development
Drive LEAN 5S and continuous improvement initiatives that boost productivity and reduce waste
Use KPIs and data to improve performance and hit cost and delivery targets
Partner across departments to improve communication efficiency and execution
Own scheduling resource planning and operational performance
What You Bring
Bachelors degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
10 years of manufacturing experience including 5 years in leadership
Strong knowledge of machining operations and blueprint interpretation
Proven success driving safety quality and operational excellence
LEAN/5S experience a plus
Confident communicator with strong business and people leadership skills
