About the Role

Were looking for passionate Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated team in Maitland. Youll be part of a tight-knit crew delivering high-quality person-centred care to older Australians in a beautiful rural setting. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with variety autonomy and the chance to build strong relationships with residents and staff.

What youll do:

Provide person-centred nursing care that supports residents wellbeing
Guide and mentor Care Assistants in daily care delivery
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement best practice standards
Work within the scope of your role maintaining accountability for delegated care
Administer medications and perform nursing interventions in line with policy and legislation
Monitor and report changes in residents health and functional status
Contribute to care planning documentation and evaluation processes
Ensure timely and accurate communication across the care team

What Youll Need

Working rights in Australia
Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as an Enrolled Nurse (or previous significant care worker experience)
A genuine passion for providing person-centred care
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Enjoy building positive relationships with residents their families and staff
