About the role Mō te tūranga mahi
Behavioural Economics focuses on understanding human behaviour and how it can be changed or improved particularly focusing on how individuals make decisions.
As the Advisor Fraud Behavioural Economics you will be a voice of behavioural change in the Fraud Prevention and Investigation team. Guided by our Senior Advisor you will help develop and deliver behavioural change interventions across ACC aimed at encouraging desirable behaviours to reduce instances of fraud and will include delivering facilitated training to colleagues who work directly with customers. You will also be a valuable contributor to behaviourally based pilots that focus on changing customer behaviour.
The role is ideally located in Wellington.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $85037 - $100043 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
