To be successful in this role you will need:

Previous experience in a client facing customer service or retail position
Clear professional communication style
Strong administration skills
Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
A great phone manner and a warm face to face communication style.
Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle

About the role:

This is a full timeposition working Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) Full drivers license and own transport is a must for this role. You will be covering clinics in the Auckland area as needed so flexibility is required. The role is varied including front desk responsibilities scheduling of appointments handling hearing aid repairs and over the counter sales alongside conducting basic hearing screening.
