Your Role as Finance Director
You will oversee all F&I operations ensure compliance and drive profitability through effective leadership coaching and process management. You will work handinhand with our sales leaders and sales staff to deliver a seamless transparent customer experience.
Our F&I Process & Technology (What Youll Lead)
- CDK is our DMS for all deal workflow contracting and documentation
- Darwin Menu System for full digital F&I presentations
- 100% eContracting for all retail customers
- Mandatory customer interview before contracting
- Menu presentation to every customer
- Strict compliance standards followed for every deal
- Fully structured consistent F&I process already in place
These systems give you full visibility speed accuracy and control and allow the Finance Director to scale performance without sacrificing compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coach and develop F&I Managers
- Ensure full compliance with federal state and lender regulations
- Drive PVR product penetration and overall department profitability
- Maintain accuracy and auditready documentation in CDK
- Oversee Darwin menu performance and presentation consistency
- Strengthen lender relationships and funding speed
- Improve F&I workflow delivery times and customer satisfaction
- Manage reporting forecasting and performance KPIs
- Contracts in transit must be managed and kept in compliance
Qualifications
- 3 years of automotive F&I management experience
- Proven track record of top PVR and product performance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Deep understanding of lender programs and compliance
- Experience with CDK Darwin or similar systems preferred
- Ability to thrive in a highvolume dealership environment
- Professional organized and customerfocused
