GENERAL SUMMARY:
MMIT position is a 2-year training program designed for individuals with industrial maintenance superintendent/supervisor experience which focuses on equipping and developing the skills necessary to become a maintenance manager within the company. This program utilizes the Pilgrims Maintenance Pillar Process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION:
Associates degree preferred or completion of Vocational/Technical specialty certification/licensure program in a related field. Work experience will be considered in leu of degree.
EXPERIENCE:
Candidates must possess2-5 years of supervisory experiencein maintenance operations demonstrating strong leadership skills and a proven record of managing teams effectively.
