Caring Places Management is actively seeking an Office Manager to join our Assisted Living & Memory Care community located in Lincoln City OR. Reporting directly to the Administrator the Office Manager fills a crucial role within the community and is responsible for the organization and daily operations of the front addition to serving as the Personnel/Payroll liaison to the Managing Company the Office Manager assists the Administrator in all phases of facility organization.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to providing exemplary customer service
  • Prior experience in assisted living or leadership position is a plus but not required!
