About the role:
This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for a driven motivated experienced and exceptionally organised individual to join our fantastic Creative Services team to help us reach our next level of growth. The Creative Services team contributes to the development of major campaigns for all the clients brands across all channels.
As TrafficManager you will play a pivotal role as this position will encompass all areas of our creative services offering. Managing all aspects of workflow and delivery across the whole internal studio to ensure all work is resourced efficiently and produced on time.
Working closely with ourcreativeproductionteam you willorganisemanageand coordinate all resources and the distribution of work to meet our business needs and those of key focus will be to developchange whererequiredand integrateall ofour workflows into one seamless process.
What you will be doing:
- Lead motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class creativeon time on brief and on budget.
- Highly structured with experience developingand managing complex workflows across functions time zones and priorities.
- Own the end-to-end intake planning and prioritisation of creative requests across the Creative Studio.
- Exceptional project and time management skills-able to manage multiple deadlines and guide external partners with confidence.
- Act as the key liaison between the Creative Studio and internal partnersacross regional marketing product legal compliance and commsensuring clear communication and shared understanding.
- Drive continuous improvementof creative workflows processes and toolingensuring efficiency consistency and scalability.
- Problem-Solving:Identifyand address potential bottlenecks or delays in project execution and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Quality Control:Ensure that projects meet quality standards and that all necessary approvals and reviews are completed before delivery to clients or stakeholders.

- Experience ofmanaging the workflow within a creative agency that covers all aspects of content production and copywriting.
- Experience ofworking effectively with creative teams and a proven background in the production and management of a wide range of teams and projects in varied sizes.

- Excellent peopleandcommunication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.
