About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager based in Hanoi Vietnam to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IAA (In-App Advertising) and mini games sales with a strong focus on expanding our advertising business in overseas markets. This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships for overseas advertising business including daily client communication and achieving sales targets.
- Independently identify and pursue sales leads expand overseas client resources and conduct regular visits with key accounts to maintain relationships and explore new opportunities.
- Stay updated with market trends and client needs providing feedback to internal teams to optimize advertising strategies and product updates.
- Manage and monitor client payment collections.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher with 1-3 years of experience in mobile internet channel sales or direct client sales. Experience in overseas internet markets particularly Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Existing network of overseas advertisers and strong English proficiency.
- Familiarity with Vietnams mobile industry and trends with sharp insights into the mobile internet landscape and strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills logical thinking and a collaborative mindset.
Interview Process:
- First round with the Advertising Lead.
- Second round with the Founder.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $2000 USD (70% base salary 30% performance-based KPI with additional commission).
- Employment contract options with either an Indonesian or Hong Kong entity (candidate may choose based on tax preferences).
