- Fluent in English and Local Language
- As we employ on local contracts you will already hold full right to work documents for Greece
- Take Responsibility - Lead oversee and support the safe and punctual ground operation ensuring all & Jet2holidays customers receive a VIP experience.
- Be Present - Supervise landside and depending on the base airside activities complete daily operational reports monitor station KPIs and ensure all policies procedures and safety standards are always followed.
- Create Memories - Ensuring the delivery of outstanding Customer Servicethat meets the needs of ourcustomersand promotes ourbrand values
- Work as One Team - Build strong relationships with third-party handlers airport stakeholders and Jet2 colleagues. Promote a One Team culture and collaborate to improve performance and operational delivery across the station.
