Key Responsibilities:
- Assist travelers through chat email and online platforms with a variety of travel-related questions

Manage reservations for flights accommodations car rentals and activities including modifications and cancellations

Provide accurate information regarding travel plans entry requirements baggage policies and refund processes

Support customers with account issues payments and loyalty or rewards programs

Recognize urgent or complex situations such as delays or missed connections and escalate them when needed

Record customer interactions accurately within internal systems

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent service quality

Meet established performance goals including quality standards and response-time targets

Stay up to date with travel policies destination updates tools and operational improvements
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Croatian (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
