About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist you will be at the heart of the customer journey for LinkedIn Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) clients. Your mission is to ensure seamless onboarding flawless product implementation and long-term customer success through adoption engagement and value realization.

This role blends customer success implementation management and technical coordination making it ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced client-facing environments and enjoy driving measurable impact.


What Youll Be Doing

  • Ensure quality assurance by validating that all client product integrations are correctly completed

  • Drive implementation and onboarding progress for new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers

  • Guide customers toward success by promoting best practices adoption usage and engagement on LinkedIn Hiring solutions

  • Develop and maintain deep product expertise to confidently advise customers and unlock value

  • Track and manage customer lifecycle milestones including onboarding license activation and engagement goals

  • Accurately document and update customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Support the resolution of issues by triaging and coordinating troubleshooting tickets

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Your Profile

  • Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)

  • French is a strong advantage

  • Proven experience analyzing data trends and client insights to identify growth and optimization opportunities

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel)

  • Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and managing queues cases or tickets

  • Highly autonomous with strong time-management and prioritization skills

  • Able to quickly build trusting long-term client relationships
