Job Summary

12-hour shifts Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our free-standing emergency room in Panama City FL. This is a full-time position with 12-hour night and mixed shifts available. As a Registered Nurse in our free-standing emergency room you will be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients in need of emergency services. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess diagnose and treat patients while also providing support and education to their families. Key Responsibilities: - Assess patients condition and prioritize care based on urgency - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor and document patients vital signs and progress - Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans - Educate patients and their families on their condition and treatment plan - Maintain accurate and complete patient records - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards - Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families Qualifications: - Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting - BLS and ACLS certifications - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care - Flexibility to work 12-hour night and mixed shifts We offer competitive salary and benefits packages as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
