Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Personal Assistant you will work closely with the companys executives and provide administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executives schedules appointments and travel arrangements

- Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations

- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

- Conduct research and assist with special projects as needed

- Handle personal errands and tasks for executives as requested

- Maintain office supplies and equipment and ensure a clean and organized work environment

- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
