Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls responding to emails and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update company records including client information contracts and invoices
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members and maintain their calendars
- Prepare and distribute reports presentations and other documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
