You will act as the primary voice for a scaling platform supporting global professionals as they manage and grow their businesses. By handling real-time inquiries and troubleshooting technical hurdles you will directly influence user satisfaction. Your insights will bridge the gap between user feedback and product development to drive continuous platform improvement.

What you will do:

• Manage high-volume inquiries via live chat and email to resolve complex user issues.

• Proactively identify platform usage patterns to provide strategic insights to the product team.

• Help create scalable support resources including help center content and automated workflows.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as SaaS support hospitality or retail.

• Exceptional written communication skills with a human empathetic and non-robotic tone.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
