Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes ensuring their comfort and well-being. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care are essential.
What We Offer:
- Guaranteed hours contracts available
- Competitive pay: 13.40 14.42 per hour
- 20 per hour on Bank Holidays
- 35p mileage allowance
- Minimum 1-hour calls giving you time to deliver quality care no rushed visits
- Accredited training and ongoing professional development
- A supportive friendly team that truly values you
- Variable working patterns available
- 4 days a week (between MonFri one week and between MonSun the next)
- Potential to do some sleeps at 13.00 per hour as and when required (not essential)
Requirements
- Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy patience and understanding towards clients needs.
