As our Product Specialist Casino youll play a key part in managing and optimizing the gaming experience across multiple platforms. Your drive and ideas will help us move faster improve smarter and stay ahead of the game.

What youll do

Youll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge including:

Back-End Configuration:

• Perform back-end setup and configuration for new games and features.
• Maintain and update game settings promotional mechanics and system parameters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues promptly.
• Manage existing features and enhancements to the website from a casino perspective.
• Support the global casino team in all aspects of the Game Add-On process including Alpha allocations logging design testing and ordering of games.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all games and features comply with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing before feature launches to maintain quality standards.

Admin & Ad-Hoc Tasks:

• Manage administrative tasks related to game operations and reporting.
• Support ad-hoc requests from internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the point of contact between product marketing and technical teams.
• Communicate timelines requirements and updates effectively.

• Familiarity with gaming platforms CMS tools and promotional mechanics.
• Technical aptitude for back-end configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

Desirable skills youve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets including odds calculation betting types and market trends
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
