- Set the strategic direction for global service delivery across Telco and ICT portfolios ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Govern end-to-end delivery for enterprise and Government accounts globally and locally driving consistency and excellence across regions.

Operational Excellence
- Architect and implement standardized processes tools and methodologies to enable global scalability and efficiency.

- 15 years of experience in telecommunications ICT or managed services.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence at C-level.
