We are seeking an accomplished Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate our food and beverage operations.
This executive leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction operational excellence and financial performance of the Food & Beverage division. The Director will oversee all restaurants bars and banquet operations ensuring exceptional service standards innovative concepts and the continued elevation of each venue within the luxury dining landscape.
Working closely with the Hotel Manager and Executive Chef the successful candidate will drive revenue growth strengthen brand reputation and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to delivering world-class dining experiences.
Qualifications :
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management
- Minimum 10 years of Food & Beverage experience including at least of 5 years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality.
- With experience in Forbes Five-Star properties and establishments recognised among the Worlds 50 Best Hotels.
- Excellent commercial acumen with proven success in driving revenue profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong inspiring leadership with the ability to build motivate and develop high-performing teams.
