Kona Medical Consulting and The Home Health Team is currently seeking for a Billing Executive Assistant (Home Health experience) in Richardson Texas.

Pay:$17$21/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Billing Executive Assistant to support billing leadership and assist with day-to-day home health billing operations. This role requires strong knowledge of Medicare home health billing and hands-on experience with WellSky (Kinnser). Ideal candidates are detail-oriented organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to billing leadership
- Assist with home health billing processes including claim submission corrections and follow-up
- Work directly in **WellSky (Kinnser)** to review track and support billing workflows
- Support Accounts Receivable (AR) denials and billing issue resolution
- Coordinate with clinical intake and administrative teams to obtain missing documentation
- Maintain accurate billing records and reports
- Assist with audits compliance reviews and billing-related projects
- Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement in compliance with Medicare guidelines
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Home Health billing experience
- At least 1 year of WellSky (Kinnser) experience
- Strong understanding of Medicare home health billing regulations
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
