Join us as Proto Customer Quality Leader! Step into a role where innovation meets precision. As a Proto Customer Quality Leader youll be at the heart of ensuring toptier quality for our turbochargers and prototype subassembliesshaping the products of tomorrow.

What Youll Do:

  1. Lead Quality Excellence
  • Own and update Level 3 Quality indicators and contribute actively in department meetings.
  • Support both internal and external IATF audits.
  • Plan and execute audits on production and metrology documentation.
  • Detect and report any quality system (QMS) gaps ensuring continuous improvement.

  1. Shape Quality Processes for Prototype Components
  • Help define inspection methods control plans sampling strategies and SAP inspection plans.
  • Support setting up component control samples used on the production line.
  • Dive into investigations of nonconforming parts and help drive decisions.
  • Contribute to HOS (Honeywell Operating System) improvement actions.

  1. Manage NonConformities with Impact
  • Lead quality notifications and verify postincident batch checks.
  • Support immediate corrective actions and CAR processesincluding escalation monitoring and validation.
  • Initiate and follow through on COPQ activities.

  1. Drive Quality Reporting & Documentation
  • Communicate supplier and component performance across the organization.
  • Maintain defect databases photos and catalogs.
  • Prepare standard work documentation.
  • Join HOS meetings when needed and contribute insights.

  1. Be the Operational Quality Partner
  • Stay closely connected with CET teams suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support daily prototype production: technical requirements equipment guidance and product specs.
  • Participate in daily and weekly planning for prototypes.
  • Ensure prototype orders run smoothlyand close them efficiently.

What We Need:

  • Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry Previous coordination experience.
  • Education:Technical Studies. Certification as an internal auditor in the quality system
  • Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency (C1)
  • Knowledge: Solid knowledge of turbochargers and production processes; Use of PDM; Very good knowledge of technical drawing regarding reading and interpreting them according to Garretts standards.
