At CGI we are currently hiring a Delivery Lead profile with a high level of English to work on an international banking sector project.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in systems engineering software engineering or related fields.
- Conversational English (B2 or higher).
- 6 years of experience in technical project delivery project leadership or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience managing medium to large scale technology projects.
- Strong background in software delivery system integration IT infrastructure cloud solutions or related technical domains.
- Ability to understand technical architectures system dependencies and end-to-end solution designs.
- Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex technical projects.
- Strong coordination facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning execution monitoring and closure of projects following established delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with client and business expectations.
- Provide technical insight and guidance to delivery teams ensuring solutions are feasible scalable and aligned with architectural guidelines.
- Review technical approaches design documents and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams (engineering QA architecture operations etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders communicating project status risks and decisions clearly and effectively.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams business partners and leadership.
- Identify potential risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive cross-team resolution activities to maintain delivery continuity and project health.
- Champion delivery best practices standards and process improvements.
- Contribute to retrospective sessions and drive initiatives that enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications such as PMP Scrum Master Product Owner Agile PM or equivalents.
- Experience working in consulting environments or with external clients.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
