Estimated annual base pay: $113000 (minimum) - $147000 (midpoint) - $181000 (maximum)

Team Leadership: Oversees and directs a team of engineering professionals to achieve short term operational objectives and maintain high performance standards.
Performance Management: Conducts performance appraisals manages hiring and termination processes and implements training and development programs to enhance team skills.
Operational Planning: Develops and adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges ensuring the achievement of financial and operational goals.
Technical Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves technical and operational issues considering their broader impact on the department and implementing effective solutions.
Cross Department Collaboration: Partners with other departments to integrate engineering initiatives with overall business objectives ensuring seamless operational synergy.

Other Qualifications:
4year Bachelors BS AND 10 years equivalent experience in Management and Engineering.
