Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with website visitors through live chat to provide information on financial products and services
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Collect customer information accurately to update database records
- Assist customers in navigating the website and online account management
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential leads and boost conversion rates
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales role
- Experience with live chat platforms and CRM software
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
