We sit at the intersection of curated wellbeing and health tech combining world-class products across EAT MOVE MIND and SLEEP with personalised data through Healf Zone (our blood testing platform). Our mission is to make wellbeing simpler smarter and genuinely effective.

Were 180 people 100m ARR one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK backed by JamJar Iris Ventures Active Partners and leading angels and entering a major new phase of growth as we scale internationally and deepen our health tech ambition.

The Role

This is a serious role with real weight.

Healf has grown fast with a deliberately lean team strong founders and high expectations. Weve built solid early hiring foundations but the business is now entering a phase where talent quality judgement and anticipation matter more than speed alone.

Were hiring a Head of Talent to fully own how we hire as complexity increases.

You wont be starting from scratch and you wont be inheriting a finished machine.
Youll be expected to take what exists evolve it and run hiring as a strategic discipline that scales with the company.

This role is demanding. The pace is high priorities shift and systems evolve in real time. Youll often operate with imperfect information and be expected to make calls stay hands-on and move fast especially alongside founders who care deeply about outcomes.

What Youll Own

  • End-to-end hiring strategy and execution across the company

  • Personally leading senior leadership and business-critical hires

  • Evolving hiring systems so we scale without lowering the bar

  • Partnering closely with founders and leaders on org design and future capability gaps

  • Training and coaching hiring managers (especially first-time leaders) to hire well

  • Moving us from reactive hiring to building future talent benches

  • Owning employer brand candidate experience and hiring culture

Youll be measured on outcomes not activity.

What Were Looking For

This role is for someone who is deeply serious about talent.

Youre likely someone who:

  • Has 7 years in high-bar talent roles (in-house search or both)

  • Has helped scale a company to 300 people

  • Is obsessed with exceptional talent you hunt for it build relationships and bring great people together

  • Has strong judgement and clear taste for what great looks like

  • Is comfortable staying hands-on in lean high-expectation environments

  • Thinks like an owner and operates with urgency
