Role Overview
As Retail Marketing Manager DENZA Germany you will be responsible for all DENZA related marketing activities at retailer level across the German market. Your key mission is to ensure strong alignment and consistency between national OEM-led marketing initiatives and local dealer marketing execution. You will act as the central interface between DENZAs national marketing team and retail partners ensuring brand standards are upheld while supporting local commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional marketing campaigns aligned with DENZAs brand strategy.
Collaborate with a wide network of dealerships across Germany to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
Manage retail events sponsorships and activations to strengthen brand presence at the local level
Support dealers with marketing collateral digital content and activation strategies.
Coordinate with the national marketing team to ensure regional campaigns are aligned with overall brand messaging.
Manage local advertising channels including social media press and outdoor advertising across diverse regions.
Track campaign performance and report on ROI making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Organize training sessions for dealership staff on brand messaging and promotional strategies.
Maintain consistent brand representation across all touchpoints within the network.
Support and advise dealers on local marketing planning activation and best practices
Ensure consistent premium brand presentation across all retail touchpoints (online and offline); ensure compliance with corporate branding guidelines and marketing policies
Collaborate with internal teams including sales digital marketing and product management to align marketing efforts
Your Profile
Strong experience in automotive marketing preferably within the premium segment
Background at OEM or retailer level with a solid understanding of dealer marketing dynamics
Proven ability to translate national brand strategies into effective local retail execution
Pragmatic solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Team player who thrives in a fast-growing dynamic organization
Requirements
Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
Experience working closely with dealer networks and retail partners
Willingness to travel within Germany as required
High level of organization brand sensitivity and executional excellence
