What the role entails

Some of the key responsibilities of our Art Director:

* Define and uphold the artistic vision and visual language for our iGaming products.

* Translate complex game mechanics and marketing goals into compelling visual narratives.

* Ensure all visual output is mobile-first optimizing for various screen sizes and devices common in the iGaming sector.

* Maintain brand consistency across our titles (both art and animation).

* Mentor and inspire a team of specialised and general 2D artists/animators.

* Manage creative workflows timelines and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced agile environment.

* Conduct regular art reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality of work.

* Collaborate closely with Product Owners Game Mathematicians and Developers to ensure art assets are feasible and optimized for performance.

* Deliver promotional assets for the marketing teams.

* Contributes and assists in the teams recruitment process.

What we ask of you

* 3 years of experience in a senior creative role (in AAA gaming mobile or iGaming).

* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D art (illustration and painting).

* Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects).

* Understanding of animation principles and how they apply to slot mechanics.

* Knowledge of current trends in visual design pop culture and competitor activity within the gambling sector.
