Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles from requirement intake to onboarding handover

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and deliver effective recruitment strategies

  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn job portals referrals agencies and talent mapping

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support rapid business growth

  • Coordinate complex interview processes including multi-country and multi-time-zone scheduling

  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

  • Conduct screening interviews and provide hiring managers with professional hiring recommendations

  • Manage recruitment data reports and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Support employer branding activities recruitment events and job fairs

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on onboarding and recruitment-related projects

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or above in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment

  • Proven track record of delivering full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms

  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • Well-organized results-driven and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously

  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian; Mandarin is a strong plus
