We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our growing customer base and commercial team in the APAC market. This is a client-facing early-career role designed for someone who is eager to learn develop strong customer relationships and grow within a commercial organisation.
In this role you will work closely with existing customers to ensure they successfully use our platform while also supporting the local sales team with business development activities lead generation and identifying upsell opportunities.
This position is ideal for someone with 13 years of professional experience who wants to build a strong foundation in customer success sales support and commercial operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Support: You are the main point of contact for your assigned customers guiding them through onboarding and product trainings while providing timely high-quality support. Working in conjunction with our Customer Service Team in Madeira Portugal you coordinate internal resources to resolve issues quickly share customer feedback with relevant teams and after onboarding proactively stay in touch to drive adoption satisfaction and long-term retention.
Commercial & Upsell Support: You identify usage trends and potential upsell or expansion opportunities with existing accounts and support the regional sales team by flagging commercial opportunities. Furthermore you assist with follow-ups and with preparing customer presentations training materials and usage reports.
Business Development & Lead Generation: You support the Head of APAC with outbound outreach and lead qualification as well as CRM data maintenance and tracking prospect interactions. Additionally you help research potential customers and market segments and participate in industry events webinars or customer meetings as required.
What you bring:
You have between 13 years of experience in customer success account management sales support consulting or another client-facing role.
You possess strong communication skills both written and verbal and you feel comfortable presenting and training customers.
You work in an organized and detail-oriented manner and are able to manage multiple tasks.
You bring a digital approach to processes and are comfortable working with CRM tools and basic data analysis (training provided).
You bring a curious mindset and willingness to learn new products and industries
