Sports Rehab And Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated Therapy Manager to join our team in Weatherford. As a Therapy Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing patient care and ensuring the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services.

We offer a competitive salary range of $58750 - $64900 annually along with a supportive work culture that values growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of therapy services
- Manage and support therapy staff to ensure effective patient care
- Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Conduct staff training and development sessions
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for patients
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care
Requirements
- Associates degree in a related field; Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of therapy practices and patient care
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required
