Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Support daily trucking and warehousing operations to ensure timely cargo movement and order fulfilment
- Coordinate with drivers warehouse staff and operations teams on job assignments schedules and workflow
- Monitor operational performance such as turnaround time delivery accuracy and yard or warehouse productivity
- Assist in resolving operational issues including delays exceptions and service disruptions
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures operational guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Support inventory control cargo handling and documentation processes within the warehouse environment
- Prepare operational reports updates and basic data analysis for management review
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Operations Management or a related discipline
- Up to 3 years of experience in trucking warehousing logistics or transport operations (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of trucking operations warehouse processes and cargo handling workflows
- Strong coordination communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
