Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator to assist with quotation preparation customer inquiries and coordination between internal teams and customers.
- Support sales operations and contributes to smooth communication and service delivery across departments;
- Prepare and manage quotations and proposals in response to customer requests;
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales customer service logistics technical) to ensure timely order processing and fulfilment;
- Respond to customer queries via email phone or online channels ensuring a high level of service;
- Track ongoing projects and maintain organised sales documentation;
- Build basic product and market knowledge to support the sales process.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Engineering or a related discipline;
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support coordination or customer service;
- Strong organisational and communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
