We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mother Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Chintamani Bengaluru. This role is vital in fostering a nurturing safe and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive emotionally socially and cognitively. The Mother Teacher will serve as a primary caregiver and guide ensuring each child feels valued supported and inspired to explore and grow. With a focus on holistic development this position plays a key role in shaping the foundational experiences of early learning.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a warm secure and engaging classroom environment for young children.
Support daily routines including meals naps hygiene and play activities with care and consistency.
Observe and document child development milestones sharing insights with parents and team members.
Collaborate with teaching staff to implement age-appropriate learning activities and curricula.
Communicate regularly with parents about their childs progress behavior and well-being.
Promote positive behavior emotional regulation and social interaction among children.
Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and institutional policies at all times.

Requirements

25 years of experience working with young children in a childcare or early education setting.
Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate patient and nurturing demeanor.
Preference given to female candidates.
Ability to work in a team-oriented child-centered environment.
Familiarity with basic child development principles and positive discipline techniques.
