Program Overview
We are inviting experienced freelance trainers to associate with us for an upcoming Multivendor Training Program under an RFP engagement. The program involves delivering high-quality training across multiple technologies and vendors for enterprise and government clients.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led training (online / offline / hybrid) as per RFP scope
Customize training content based on client requirements and vendor standards
Conduct hands-on sessions demos labs and case studies (if applicable)
Share training plan agenda and learning objectives in advance
Ensure training delivery meets SLA quality and compliance requirements
Support assessments evaluations and feedback collection
Coordinate with program management and multiple vendor stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
3 years of training delivery experience (corporate / enterprise)
Strong subject matter expertise in respective technology/domain
Experience working with multivendor or RFP-based programs preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle diverse learner groups and enterprise clients
