- Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective HR solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations performance management and people development
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding engagement development separations)
- Support talent acquisition and talent management in collaboration with the central HR Team in Bengaluru.
- Handle employee relations matters grievance management and disciplinary processes in line with company policies.
- Support HR analytics and reporting.
- Champion company culture values and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
- 23 years of relevant HR experience.
- Hands-on experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP
- Experience working in a fast-paced high-growth organization
